• Returns

    In our quest to retain you as happy,  satisfied, and loyal customers, we will accept for refund, any product that is returned, like new, within 14 days.  Unfortunately, if the returned product shows wear in any way and can not be resold by Woofhoof, it will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Exchanges

    If you are not pleased with a product type or color, you may exchange it for a new product within 14 days of your purchase.  Unfortunately, as shipping fees continue to increase, Woofhoof has to charge an additional shipping fee on exchanged products.

  • Defects

    Although Woofhoof products are carefully inspected before being shipped to our customers, we understand that occasionally, a manufactures defect may be overlooked. If this occurs, please return your product within 30 days with a note of explanation.
