At Woofhoof, we are dedicated to providing outstanding service to ensure you are a happy & loyal customer. Please see below for our return, exchange, and defect policies.
Returns
In our quest to retain you as happy, satisfied, and loyal customers, we will accept refund on any product that is returned, like new, within 14 days. Unfortunately, if the returned product shows wear in any way and can not be resold by us, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
If you are not pleased with your product for any reason, you may exchange it for a new product within 14 days of your purchase. As shipping fees continue to increase, we do need to charge an additional shipping fee on exchanged products.
Defects
Although our products are carefully inspected before being shipped to our customers, we understand that occasionally, a manufacture defect may be overlooked. If this occurs, please return your product within 30 days with a note of explanation.
